Hiring

Helsinki · Contractor to full-time · Restaurant-floor experience welcome

First sales hire. You'll walk Pisteo's first 50 Helsinki restaurants through demo and onboarding, side by side with the founder. Strong restaurant network is more useful than a SaaS sales CV.

How we work

· Async-first. Calls are a last resort. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, recorded walkthroughs.
· Helsinki-based or remote. Most of us work from where we work best.
· Generalists welcome. Wear multiple hats; pick the one that fits the work.
· Equity for full-time hires from day one.
· Automation-first by default. If something can be automated without compromising the diner or restaurant experience, it should be.
